Ashley Aubra Jones. Born on September 3, 1976. Ashley Aubra Jones has been an American actor for more than 20 years. The actress is famous for her soap opera performances as Megan Dennison (The Young and the Restless) as well as Bridget Forrester (The Bold and the Beautiful). She also played Daphne on True Blood, the HBO show True Blood in its second season. Ashley Jones has a Bachelor of Human Learning from University of Tennessee at Martin. She earned her diploma in the year 1997. Her teaching career began at Maury County. There, she taught Reading up to the kindergarten grades. She married Brent Jones, her UT Martin affectionate husband, and moved into Thompsons Station in 1998. Her first teaching job was at Bethesda Elementary, where she taught 4th grade. The years 1999, 2000 and 2001 she worked on her Master of Instruction from Trevecca Nazarene University while continuing teaching. In 2000 the couple adopted their youngest child Baylor. Ashley has dedicated the past fifteen years to encouraging the growth of children in her church, as well as the wider community. Ashley has worked as an educator and leader in Thompson Station's Preschool and Student Ministry for the past 13 years. Ashley as well as her family homeschooled for 3 years. Ashley and her children taught history to kindergarteners as well as the first graders in a homeschool tutorial.
